Emotional wellness is the process of recognizing, managing, and nurturing your emotions. Emotions impact every part of your/ones/our life, and so it is important to be able to understand your/our/ones emotions and learn how to cope with the wide range of feelings we/you/one encounters.

Everyday methods of practicing emotional wellness:  

  • Get a good night’s rest
  • Practice mindfulness and reflection 
  • Treat yourself with kindness, or practice positive affirmations
  • Exercise
  • Spend time in nature
  • Practice gratitude
