Employee Resource Groups


Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary employee associations that aim to build an equitable and inclusive community for historically underserved communities and ensure employees experience a greater sense of psychological safety and belonging.

ERGs are designed to:

  • Foster a greater sense of belonging for members.
  • Celebrate the professional, social, and cultural contributions of members.
  • Encourage the exchange of ideas on matters of interest to members and allies.
  • Create opportunities for members and allies to connect personally and professionally.
